A leading beauty retailer in Toronto is seeking a Quality Agent to maintain store cleanliness and support a great client experience. Ideal candidates will have experience in the retail or service industry, excellent communication skills, and the flexibility to work various shifts. You will play a crucial role in maintaining Sephora's visual and merchandising standards, helping to create an inviting store atmosphere.
Sephora has been changing the face of prestige cosmetics since its debut in the 1970s Paris. Sephora was acquired by luxury group Moët Hennessy Louis Vuitton (LVMH) in 1997 featuring nearly 300 brands. Sephora offers beauty products including cosmetics, skincare, body, fragrance and haircare. Sephora opened its first Canadian store in Toronto in 2004. Sephora currently operates over 360 stores across North America and in 33 countries worldwide.
As the Quality Agent, you will support the cleanliness and upkeep of the store in partnership with the store team. This individual is the key to deliver a great client experience, through visual pride and cleanliness of our sales floor, backstage and washrooms.
