YOUR DAY TO DAY LIFE
We are looking for a QA System Analyst in 130 King Street West, Suite 300, Toronto, ON M5X 2A2, Canada. Your mission will be to:
Position Summary
This position supports the daily operations of the QA Systems Department by assisting the department leaders in tracking, maintaining and entering information in data management systems. It is responsible for ensuring databases and the timeliness of the product approval processes dictated by the clients of the company.

Essential Functions and Responsibilities
Main activities:
- Reviewing the upcoming approvals for all Brands and assisting items flow through the approval process with RBI Teams.
- Determining when to elevate tasks with higher priority to the attention of QA Managers/Suppliers based on timelines.
- System Support: Password resets/system training as needed by Suppliers/Distributors or other stakeholders.
- Incidents: Reviewing Qualtrics (guest reported) incidents—determining the party responsible and deciding whether to capture the incident in the client’s system.
- Opening incidents from PDF submitted incidents and determining final responsibility for the Distribution or Supplier’s scorecard.
- Making judgment calls on escalating any incidents reported that may require further action.
- Processing brand‑specific incidents submitted by Restaurants.
- Sending daily communication to Distribution centers to ensure meeting the 5‑day timeline as per client and training Distribution Center contacts.
- FreshDesk Ticket Management: Handling all ad‑hoc tickets submitted through Freshdesk.
- GAP Audits: Setting up Raw Material suppliers when suppliers have GAP Audits completed.
- Brand’s Approvals: Working closely with brand’s cross‑functional teams on upcoming projects/launches and sending follow‑ups to track approvals.
- Other related duties/projects specific to the local business.
Communication
- Internal Interlocutors: Team RBI members (Miami, Oakville, Gainesville RS).
- External Interlocutors: RBI QA Team Members.
Physical Demands and Work Environment
- Office environment with moderate noise (computers, phones, printers, light traffic). Must be able to work at a computer station for an extended period.
Compensation Package Overview
- Compensation Range $75,000 – $85,000 annual salary CAD.
