Requirements

Must have:

• A university degree in computer science or a related field.
• Over 7 years of experience in quality assurance, progressing to leadership roles.
• Proven expertise in QA automation with Python and Selenium.
• Experience with Java scripting.
• In-depth knowledge of writing SQL queries and designing complex test scenarios.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to anticipate strategic changes.
• Extensive knowledge of Git, Jira, and Confluence.
• Ability to work independently and influence organizational direction.
• Demonstrated leadership and mentoring skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both French and English.
• Experience with Agile SCRUM methodology.

Responsibilities:

• Design and oversee robust testing plans for complex features and data flows.
• Develop, construct, and maintain automated regression test suites using Python and Selenium.
• Analyze complex user requirements to plan innovative testing strategies and formulate creative solutions.
• Mentor team members to enhance their technical and professional skills.
• Collaborate with developers, architects, and stakeholders to ensure comprehensive test coverage.
• Integrate new tools and technologies to optimize testing processes.
• Document test results, identify quality issues, and provide strategic recommendations for ongoing improvement.
