Job description
The Opportunity

The PPR analyst manages and has a complete view and responsibility of the PPR process from the initiation, setup in ERP’s, reporting, claiming, reconciliation and solving any potential disputes. The Analyst also provides support and information to the Sales, Pricing Administration, Master Data and Finance teams related to this process.

The Role
  • Prepare and provide data for regular reporting, claiming, reconciliation or follow-up purposes in a timely manner.
  • Manage reconciliation of PPR payments and variances within Wajax and with the vendor in a timely manner.
  • Develop and maintain any elements related to the evolution of PPR programs including updates of the PPR process.
  • Engage with suppliers for the creation and timely management of required reports.
  • Engage and participate in consolidation of the programs and the ERP developments.
  • Raise any issues or disputes to the PPR Program Manager.
  • Other duties and responsibilities as required.
The Candidate

Education: University Degree or College Diploma in Business Administration or related field.

Work Experience: 3-5 years’ experience in a similar position.

Knowledge: Bilingual (English and French). Strong mathematical reasoning and analytical skills required.

Proficiency: Microsoft Office suite with focus on advanced Excel and Access. Solid DB understanding. Well developed analytic and interpretive skills required.
