Qualifications

• Current practicing registration as a Registered Nurse with the BCCNM.
• Graduation from an approved school of nursing with a public health nursing component.
• Six months relevant Public Health nursing experience.

Responsibilities

• Immunize children and adults against vaccine preventable disease.
• Investigate communicable diseases and assist with outbreak management.
• Provide client prenatal and family assessments and counseling.
