If so, you could be the perfect fit for our diverse and dedicated team. Here, you can play a crucial role in providing outstanding healthcare, supported by a culture deeply rooted in collaboration and mutual respect.

In this pivotal position, you’ll apply your expertise to a wide range of situations, allowing you to make a meaningful impact on your patients’ lives. You will be instrumental in enhancing the care provided at our 12-bed general adult inpatient unit, delivering essential consultations across medical and surgical units, as well as the emergency department, and nurturing a community-based practice. As a key member of our team, you’ll collaborate, develop, evaluate, and refine our psychiatric programs, policies, and procedures. Our commitment to excellence extends throughout the region, embracing innovative outreach and telehealth services to meet our community’s diverse needs.

We invite you to follow your passions–we’ll support you each step of the way. Whether it’s tackling the intricacies of addictions, guiding struggling youth with compassion and empathy, or honing your skills in geriatric wellbeing, this is a place to pursue your true calling. Our culture empowers growth, from resilience building to ethical skill-sharpening. Together, we’ll lift each other up, serving with empathy and purpose.

Our strong bonds with UBC’s medical school and the family medicine residency underscore our dedication to shaping the next generations of clinicians.
