This position can be based out of offices around the GTA, Ottawa, or Nova Scotia , offering flexibility and connection to regional teams.

Your Impact
  • Coordinate, write, and edit proposals from kick-off through delivery, ensuring clarity and compliance with WSP brand standards.
  • Analyze RFPs and develop strategies that align with client needs and position WSP for success.
  • Manage proposal schedules and facilitate collaboration across distributed teams to meet deadlines.
  • Adapt CVs, project descriptions, and boilerplate content to create compelling submissions.
  • Support interview preparation and develop presentations that resonate with clients.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement by participating in debriefs and refining best practices.
The Skills That Set You Apart
  • Bachelor’s degree in journalism, communications, science, engineering, business, or a related discipline.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in proposal coordination or a similar role within professional services or consulting.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Adobe Creative Cloud (InDesign, Acrobat); familiarity with CRM tools and AI applications.
  • Knowledge of federal government and public works proposal processes is an asset.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment, with flexibility for occasional overtime and travel.

Compensation

BC, AB, SK, NWT & NT: $77,400 - $102,500

MB & ON: $70,600 - $97,200

NB, NL, NS, PEI & QC: $69,900 - 92,900
