Qualifications

  • Thorough knowledge of the principles, practices and procedures of evaluation and acquisition of property.
  • Ability to appraise and negotiate property purchase or rental.

Responsibilities

  • Negotiate purchase or rental of property for district projects.
  • Prepare reports concerning property value and desirability.
  • Maintain records and conduct correspondence on property matters.
