Job summary

A leading insurance firm is seeking a Property and Casualty Claims Adjuster to join their team in south western Ontario. This hybrid role involves both remote and field work, requiring candidates to reside in the Windsor / Essex, London / Middlesex, or Sarnia regions. The successful candidate will investigate and settle claims while ensuring accurate reporting and presentation of files. Strong experience in property claims and excellent communication skills are essential for this position.

Qualifications

  • 2 years of technical experience in an insurance claims environment, strong knowledge of property claims required.
  • Post-secondary education in an insurance-related field working towards full license and CIP designation is an asset.
  • Proficient in CMS, including maintaining accurate and detailed activity, transaction and reserve records.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Must be a team player with a strong commitment to quality and customer service.

We are currently recruiting for a Propert and Casulaty Claims Adjuster to join our team in south western Ontario. This is a hybrid role with a combination of work from home and field work. Candidates must reside in the Windsor / Essex, London / Middlesex or Sarnia regions to handle field claims in person.

Responsibilities

The successful candidate will investigate, evaluate, negotiate and settle property and casualty claims. The candidate will participate in ensuring accurate recording, reporting, and presentation of files.

Requirements
  • 2 years of technical experience in an insurance claims environment, with strong knowledge of property claims is required. Knowledge of commercial lines will be considered an asset.
  • Post-secondary education in an insurance related field working towards full license and CIP designation is an asset
  • Proficient in CMS, including maintaining accurate and detailed activity, transaction and reserve records
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Must be a team player with a strong commitment to quality and customer service
