Job description
What you’ll do:
  • Support the short-term planning and coordination of Energy Business Performance projects by maintaining information, communicating with various stakeholders, planning meetings, creating presentations, reports, and more.
  • Independently review project deliverables for alignment with objectives, schedules, and program requirements.
  • Track project team progress, provide reporting, and follow up with internal and external stakeholders to ensure completion of tasks.
  • Collect, verify, and analyze information to support the Energy Business Performance team in having accurate and timely information for making strategic and operational recommendations.
Who you’ll work with:

The Team: You will report to the Manager, Business Systems Planning & Design, on a team focused on driving change that will positively impact the Energy business.

The Collaborators: In this role, you will collaborate with stakeholders across the Energy Products & Services team and engage with other teams such as Technology, and Facilities Design & Development to drive project success.

Who you are:

You are looking for a career in Project Management & Business Analysis and:

  • Have 1-3 years of related experience. Exposure to project management would be considered an asset.
  • Have a bachelor’s degree in business (a combination of relevant education and experience may be considered).
  • Proficient in Microsoft Suite including developing PowerPoint presentations, Power BI dashboards, and Excel spreadsheets to support business needs.
  • Are strong in communication and organization and are eager to learn and grow.
