A leading data center firm in Metro Vancouver is seeking a Project Procurement Specialist to manage procurement for capital projects. The role involves negotiating contracts and optimizing supplier relationships to ensure successful project execution. The Project Procurement Specialist is responsible for managing procurement activities across the full lifecycle of capital and infrastructure projects, ensuring the timely, cost-effective, and compliant acquisition of goods and services. This role involves leading sourcing initiatives, managing vendor onboarding, executing contracts, tracking orders, and coordinating delivery through to post-commissioning support. While the primary focus is project procurement, the role will also provide support for operational and IT procurement activities as required. The Project Procurement Specialist will work closely with project managers, engineers, operations, and finance teams to align procurement activities with business needs, while demonstrating IREN’s Vision, Mission, and Core Values.
