Project Manager –Residential –South East –£70,000 – £85,000 p.a.

An ambitious privately owned residential developer who delivers a mixture of New Build and Office to Residential schemes is looking for a proven Project Manager to deliver immediate and upcoming projects.

The immediate need will see you delivering 2 office to residential schemes running concurrently (one is just starting and the other is in final stages of planning) in close proximity to each other. Each project is valued at £8-10m and are due to be completed mid next year.

As the Project Manager you will be reporting to a driven, knowledgeable and ambitious Contracts Manager and be responsible for all on site activities to ensure the project is completed within time and budget whilst ensuring all health and safety guidelines are adhered to.

The client is looking for a Project Manager with experience of delivering residential schemes and is open to your background being form a developer or main contracting whilst experience of working for both would be desirable but not essential.

On offer for this Project Manager opportunity is a salary guide to £70,000 – £85,000 p.a.
