In This Position, You Will Have The Opportunity To

  • Participate in the new product submission process.
  • Manage communications with customers and internally for parts in production start-up.
  • Be responsible for the production part approval process (PPAP) and the schedule for assigned projects.
  • Interact with subcontractors as part of the production part approval process. (PPAP)
  • Support production, analyze production problems, and implement solutions
  • Manage changes to production methods
  • Manage documentation of production methods and customer requirements
  • Optimize manufacturing processes

With the following skills and qualities, you will be successful in this role:

  • Training in mechanical, industrial, or metallurgical engineering, project management, or any other related field
  • Ability to communicate in French and English, both verbally and in writing, in order to interact with our English-speaking clients
  • Strong ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Good analytical skills, resourcefulness, curiosity, meticulousness, and a love of teamwork
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office software
