About the Opportunity :

Skyline Recruitment is proud to partner with a prominent real estate developer in Vancouver to support the recruitment of an experienced Project Manager with a strong track record in high-rise residential construction.

This is a key role for a detail-oriented and driven construction professional looking to join a well-capitalized and design-focused developer. You’ll be part of a lean, hands-on team with a strong pipeline of high-rise projects across the Lower Mainland. While developer-side experience is preferred, candidates with strong general contractor experience will also be considered.

What You’ll Be Doing :

In this role, you'll take full ownership of high-rise residential projects from pre-construction through to completion. You’ll coordinate with consultants, municipal authorities, contractors, and internal stakeholders to ensure each phase of development is delivered efficiently and to a high standard.

Key Responsibilities :

• Manage all phases of high-rise residential construction projects from design development to occupancy.
• Lead project scheduling, budgeting, procurement, and reporting functions.
• Coordinate consultants, trades, and municipal stakeholders to ensure timely approvals and execution.
• Oversee contract administration, tendering, change orders, and RFIs.
• Monitor construction progress, mitigate risks, and maintain project timelines.
• Ensure quality control, site safety, and compliance with local building codes.
• Serve as the main point of contact for all internal and external project communication.
• Provide leadership to project coordinators and junior staff.

What We’re Looking For :

• 5–10 years of progressive project management experience, including high-rise residential construction.
• Proven success delivering full-cycle condo or rental tower projects in urban environments.
• Experience working for a real estate developer is an asset but not required.
• Strong knowledge of BC Building Code, municipal development processes, and permitting.
• Excellent organizational, leadership, and communication skills.
• Proficiency in project management platforms such as Procore, MS Project, or similar.
• Degree or diploma in construction management, engineering, architecture, or related field.
