Job Description

We're actively seeking a Program Management Analyst to join our team. As an Analyst, you'll have the opportunity to collaborate closely with other analysts and various business departments, including finance, manufacturing, and supply chain. Your primary responsibility will be to assist programs by providing critical cost tracking data. This role places a strong emphasis on precision, attention to detail, and proficiency in Excel, and your ability to analyze and interpret data effectively.

Responsibilities
  • Reporting and tracking of actual costs (weekly).
  • Investigate unplanned actuals.
  • Tracking of budget taskings.
  • Assist with monthly estimate to completes.
  • Reporting of variances cost amounts and variance mitigation plans/causes. Review invoices to ensure items being invoiced are correct and billable and mitigation plan if not billable.
  • Prepare task estimates (Labour and Non-labour) and prepare cost analysis spreadsheets per program templates.
  • Support briefings on costs to task leads and program management.
  • Prepare and track customer travel requests.
  • Prepare and track customer material requests.
  • Support task closure reports.
Qualifications

Education & Experience:

  • University degree or college diploma in Finance, Project Management, or a related discipline; or an equivalent combination of education and experience in planning and project management assignments.
  • 2-3 years’ experience in a supporting program analyst role.
  • Ability to interpret information, problem solve, and incorporate internal/external factors to aid in making decisions. Instills mutual trust and confidence.
  • Promotes a culture that fosters high standards of ethics. Maintains confidentiality at all times.
  • Ability to collaborate with different teams, strong communication skills and comfortable presenting.
  • Ability to apply knowledge and skills to solve business problems.
  • SharePoint experience, proficient with Excel.
  • Understanding of the program management life cycle and associated processes an asset.
  • Experience in developing, executing, and closing out a task-based program.
