A leading shipbuilding company in Victoria is seeking a Program Support Coordinator to develop and manage project documentation and support project delivery. The ideal candidate will have a diploma in Business Administration, 4+ years of office experience in a technical setting, and strong organizational skills. The Program Support Coordinator (Limited-Term) develops and manages documentation for the Program and Project Management Offices. This role involves generating periodic reports, reviewing documents, creating and maintaining databases, providing essential support for project delivery, and ensuring all documentation is updated promptly for distribution to internal and external stakeholders.
Note: Due to business needs, this position is required to be fully on-site based at 825 Admirals Road, Victoria, BC. This is a 4-month limited term employment with eligible benefits.
The estimated salary for this position is $73,800 - $90,200. In determining final salary, Seaspan considers many factors including the successful candidate’s skills and experience as well as position location and internal equity. The final base salary offer will be at the company’s sole discretion and presented as part of a competitive total compensation package.

This position may involve defense articles and/or technical data regulated by the U.S. International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) and the U.S. Arms Export Control Act. In compliance with ITAR, the successful candidate will be subject to a security clearance through the Canadian Controlled Goods Program as regulated by the Controlled Goods Regulations and Defense Production Act.
