A leading energy efficiency company is seeking a Program Manager to oversee the Save on Energy Remote First Nations Energy-Efficiency Program. Responsibilities include managing contracts, developing solutions for communities, and leading a team. The ideal candidate will have significant experience in the energy efficiency sector and collaboration with Indigenous partners. This position requires travel to Toronto quarterly and offers a competitive salary in CAD.

We are looking for a talented individual to join CLEAResult as a Program Manager for Independent Electricity System Operator’s (IESO) Save on Energy Remote First Nations Energy-Efficiency Program (RFNEEP). This program provides funding support to remote First Nations communities in Northwestern Ontario, helping them implement energy efficiency projects that reduce energy costs and improve comfort in homes and businesses.
As Program Manager, you will work closely with utility clients, partners, and community leaders to ensure the program’s success. In this role, you will manage client relationships, lead a team of program analysts and community coordinators, and set and track strategies to achieve program objectives and savings targets. You will also play a key role in designing and rolling out new program features and enhancements to better support participating communities.
Preference for candidates to be based in Ontario with the ability to attend in-person meetings in Toronto to be considered.
