Job Summary

As a Program Manager, you will lead large-scale BI delivery efforts focused on building self-serve capabilities, centralizing operations, and reallocating capacity toward AI innovation. This is a high-visibility opportunity with exposure to executive stakeholders and offshore vendor teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of a complex BI Transformation Program
• Manage a high-volume offshore vendor team (70+ resources)
• Implement and enforce program governance, risk management, and reporting protocols
• Provide strategic updates to senior executives and stakeholders
• Drive Agile adoption across teams and workstreams
• Oversee design, development, and implementation of BI tools (Power BI, Tableau) and Azure technologies (Databricks, Synapse)
• Ensure BI lifecycle management and semantic layer standards are met
• Build and maintain high-performing, collaborative delivery teams

Required Experience

• 7–10 years in program management or delivery leadership roles
• Proven success managing large-scale BI or tech transformation programs
• Strong experience managing offshore vendors and delivery resources
• Track record of delivering programs under high pressure with tight timelines

Nice-to-Have Experience

• Experience with Microsoft Azure (Databricks, Synapse)
• BI tools such as Power BI and Tableau
• Background in financial services or banking environments
