A leading aerospace company in Peel Region is seeking recent graduates for their Engineering Career Accelerated Program. This rotational program allows new employees to gain diverse experience across various engineering functions, including project management and systems engineering. Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree completed in 2024 or 2026, and a strong passion for aviation. You’ll have the opportunity to grow in one of the following four streams:
Project: Lead a project from start to finish, interact with Bombardier’s suppliers, and integrate multi-disciplinary teams of passionate professionals. Develop project management skills by managing schedule, cost and priorities on different programs.

Electrical: Learn all about the cockpit and cabin systems that pilots and passengers rely on. Build expertise in avionics, wiring, electro-magnetic compatibility, electrical systems, software, and systems integration.

Systems: Systems engineering offers specialties at the core of aircraft flight. Become a key player in aircraft propulsion, flight control systems and pneumatics systems.

Structure:Learn all about the many aspects of aircraft design that set Bombardier ahead of the competition. Apply design, material selection and stress analysis principles to aircraft structures.
