As a major business unit of Ford Motor Company of Canada, Limited, Windsor Operations manufactures engines and engine components for some of our Company’s most important and successful vehicle lines. As we continue our journey to establish Windsor Operations globally as a Technical Centre of Excellence, we are seeking qualified applicants for opportunities within our hourly production workforce as a Production Technician.

Responsibilities
  • Follow standard operating procedures supporting quality, safety and productivity to ensure objectives are met through adherence to standardized work
  • Perform manual labour requiring standing, walking, bending, lifting and manual dexterity
  • Ability to use power/hand tools, hoists, and other equipment and machinery, Ability to learn, and work in team environment
  • Work shift work (midnight, afternoon, day) and overtime including weekends while maintaining acceptable attendance levels
Qualifications
  • Post-secondary education (valid high school or GED required)
  • CNC, industrial high speed manufacturing experience
