Production Supervisor

Evening Shift – City of Anjou

Labelink Products is a Canadian leader in packaging printing solutions (labels, flexible packaging, shrink sleeves, RFID). We are looking for a motivated and committed Production Supervisor to lead our evening shift team.

You will work in a dynamic environment where collaboration and respect for the Quality culture according to the BRCGS standard are essential.

Your responsibilities
Production Management
  • Plan and coordinate manpower and resources.
  • Ensure the monitoring of schedules, the performance of equipment and the cleanliness of the plant.
  • Maximize production and reduce losses through proper planning.
  • Support operators in the event of technical anomalies and initiate corrective measures.
Team Management
  • Train, mobilize and coach employees to foster a safe and motivating environment.
  • Evaluate performance, identify improvements, and develop action plans.
  • Participate in recruitment and collaborate with HR on talent management and disciplinary measures.
  • Promote a positive attitude and a culture of continuous improvement.
Quality and compliance
  • Verify the compliance of finished products with quality standards and customer specifications.
  • Ensure the application of BRCGS procedures and internal standards.
  • Monitor and analyze production deviations and propose corrective actions.
Maintenance and safety
  • Monitor equipment condition and schedule preventive maintenance.
  • Coordinate the purchase of required materials with the planner and plant manager.
  • To ensure compliance with occupational health and safety standards.

Required skills

Working conditions
  • Permanent full-time position, 40 hours per week
  • Evening shift spread over 4 days (Monday to Thursday) at a rate of 10 hours per day
