Position Overview

Our Production Team is growing, and we’re looking for a Production Operator to help assemble our GNSS products. This is a hands-on role where you’ll work with small electronic components, using tools like soldering irons and power screwdrivers.

Responsibilities
  • Assemble electro-mechanical components by following instructions and drawings.
  • Use tools such as soldering irons, pliers, power screwdrivers, and ultrasonic welders.
  • Work safely and efficiently under the guidance of the Production Floor Manager.
  • Help with general production tasks like packing products and lifting materials when needed.
Qualifications
  • Some experience with SMT soldering (Surface Mount Technology) or a strong interest in learning.
  • Comfortable using assembly tools and working with small components.
  • Ability to read and follow instructions carefully.
  • A strong focus on safety and quality.
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • A team player with good communication skills.
  • Good hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity.
