We’re looking for a strong Production Manager to lead our team and help shape the next phase of our growth.

• Overseeing our 13,000 sq ft Print & Fulfillment facility
• Managing 10 - 12 co-workers dependent on seasonal volumes
• Determining Production job schedules on a daily basis
• Liaise with Project Coordinators and Sales Team
• Developing standards and processes for future growth
• Coordinate with raw good suppliers vendors and freight carriers

Your strengths should consist of the following:

• Minimum 2 years of production management experience in manufacturing, printing, packaging, or a related environment
• Proven track record of improving efficiency, throughput, and quality.
• The ability to lead, coach, and develop production and warehouse staff.
• Confident managing performance, attendance, and accountability
