Production workers in our live lobster department receive lobster, sinklobster in holding tanks, grade, and pack lobster for shipping.

Duties

• Grade lobster
• Lift and move lobster crates
• Load sorting machine with lobster
• Sort lobster by weight
• Sink lobster in holding tanks
• Clean and sanitize floors and workstations
• Additional duties may be required
