THE TEAM

The mission of the Technical Development Department is to deliver fit and construction that fulfills the Creative Design Vision.

THE OPPORTUNITY

Aritzia is growing, and our Technical Development team is expanding. This is a unique opportunity to join the team responsible for ensuring our product achieves world-class construction and fit. As the Senior Technical Developer, you will support the delivery of high-quality products that embody Aritzia's Everyday Luxury promise, through proactive and collaborative communication with cross-functional teams within Aritzia and external vendors. THE ROLE

• Ensure our products deliver a consistent and superior fit.
• Ensure our products are constructed with best-in-class standards.
• Ensure fit samples align with Design's creative vision.
• Bring life to product samples to ensure they are wearable, functional, and flattering.
• Manage and optimize the day-to-day operations of technical development effectively.

THE QUALIFICATIONS

The Senior Technical Developer/Technical Developer should have:

• Proven skills, certifications, education, and/or experience in garment construction and fit, with a desire for continuous learning.
• Experience with Gerber software.
• Pattern drafting skills.
• A commitment to learn and apply Aritzia's Values and Leadership principles.

THE COMPENSATION

The typical salary range for this position is $75,000 - $130,000 per year. The final salary will depend on your knowledge, skills, and experience.
