What You’ll Be Doing
  • Develop product roadmaps and assess competitive landscapes.
  • Conduct research to uncover unmet customer needs and prioritize impactful solutions.
  • Drive segmentation, positioning, messaging, and sales enablement tools.
  • Own product performance analytics: P&Ls, sales velocity, channel insights.
  • Lead marketing campaigns across print, social, and traditional media.
  • Influence internal stakeholders and build trust across departments.
What You Bring
  • 3–5 years in Brand Management or Product Marketing (Food / FMCG preferred).
  • Post-secondary education in Business, Marketing, or related field (MBA a plus).
  • Strong B2B marketing experience.
  • Exceptional communication skills and analytical mindset.
  • Advanced Excel skills: PowerBI and SQL are assets.
  • Bilingual (French & English) is a strong advantage but not required (must be fluent in English).
  • Willingness to travel domestically (3–5x / year) and internationally (1–2x / year); must have a valid passport without travel restrictions.
