Product Manager - Supply Chain/ Logistics

Are you excited by the challenge of modernizing supply chain systems and driving automation in distribution centers?

Join Best Buy Canada’s technology team as a product manager focused on WMS modernization and distribution center automation. In this role, you’ll lead the cross-functional product team responsible for advancing the product roadmap in our Brampton warehouse, where we recently implemented a new WMS and automated storage and retrieval system.

We practice a remote-first working model, with opportunities to collaborate at our head office in Vancouver, BC for strategic, collaborative, and social purposes.

What You’ll Do
  • Deliver on the product vision and roadmap for our new warehouse management system (WMS) and distribution center automation platforms, including autostore and related technologies.
  • Lead an agile delivery team to build scalable, secure and efficient platforms that support Best Buy’s core supply chain operations.
  • Partner with teams across the organization, including supply chain, distribution center operations and ecommerce, to understand their needs and translate them into a long-term product direction.
  • Communicate effectively across business and technical audiences to drive alignment, influence outcomes, and lead change across complex stakeholder groups.
  • Contribute to a supply chain transformation journey, unlocking value from our new systems to improve operational efficiency and network scalability.
What We’re Looking For
  • 2-4 years of experience as a product manager or in a similar role, ideally working on WMS, supply chain, or logistics-related platforms.
  • Hands-on familiarity with warehouse management systems and automation technologies (e.g. autostore, robotics, or automated storage solutions).
  • Strong communication & collaboration skills, with the ability to work across business and technology teams to drive delivery.
  • Experience working in an agile environment with cross-functional teams.

Compensation

Annualized Compensation Range: $100,000.00 - $106,000.00

This job is eligible for a company performance bonus in addition to the compensation range above. Starting pay offered will consider skills and experience. Your pay can grow as you build your career with us.
