Job Function: Marketing

Status: Full Time

Description

Our team and what we’ll accomplish together

The Customer Device Lifecycle, Consumer Mobility team leads how customers discover, finance, upgrade, and manage their devices at TELUS and Koodo. We bring together product, data, and customer experience into a single lifecycle—spanning embedded finance, platform and vendor ecosystems, circular economy, and omnichannel journey design.

Our work transforms hardware transactions into long-term customer relationships by making device ownership effortless from purchase through refurbishment and resale. We own the full lifecycle from the customer’s perspective: financing, upgrades, trade-in, device protection, refurbishment, and certified pre‑owned sales.

We operate like a product organization, even when working through large operational and capital programs—ensuring everything we launch strengthens customer trust and lifetime value.

What you’ll do

  • Lead the customer‑side orchestration and launch of a new device financing capability, working across product, credit, technology, operations, and partners to bring it to market
  • Use this flagship program as the foundation for building a scalable device‑lifecycle model that expands into upgrades, protection, trade‑in, refurbishment, and resale
  • Translate device‑lifecycle strategy into roadmaps, priorities, and experience‑led delivery plans
  • Align product, technology, operations, finance, marketing, credit, and vendors around a single, coherent customer journey
  • Define and track experience, attach, retention, and lifecycle‑value outcomes
  • Identify and remove friction across the customer journey—from financing through resale
  • Turn complex, multi‑team inputs into clear, executive‑ready narratives and act as the single source of truth for lifecycle progress
  • Surface risks, trade‑offs, and misalignment early and drive resolution
Qualifications

What you bring

  • 3–5+ years in Product Management, Program Management, or Product Operations in a complex, cross‑functional environment
  • Experience owning or working on customer‑facing platforms, financial products, or lifecycle journeys — not just internal delivery projects
  • Strong strategic and analytical thinking with the ability to connect execution to customer and business outcomes
  • A track record of being proactive in seeking out necessary information, coordinating updates, and pushing work forward without constant direction
  • Clear, confident communicator with the ability to influence and align stakeholders without formal authority

Great‑to‑haves

While not strictly required, the following experience and attributes will make a candidate stand out:

  • Experience in Mobility, Telecom, or Consumer Technology
  • Experience with device financing, embedded finance, trade‑in, or lifecycle programs
  • Experience contributing to product roadmaps or lifecycle strategies
  • Vendor and partner management experience
  • Experience with tools such as Asana, Monday.com, Jira, Figma, and Google Workspace
  • PMP, PRINCE2, CSPO, or similar certifications

Salary Range: $81,000-121,000

Performance Bonus or Sales Incentive Plan: 12%

Actual total compensation will be determined based on factors such as knowledge, skills, performance and experience. We encourage all qualified candidates to apply, even if the posted salary range doesn't match your expectations. We're open to discussing competitive compensation packages tailored to your experience level and expertise. TELUS offers rewarding benefits, which may vary per job function, such as:

  • Comprehensive total rewards package highlighting competitive salary and bonus structures, minimum 3 weeks of vacation, and flexible benefits plan to meet the needs of you and your family
  • Flexibility to work in‑office, virtually or a combination of both, based on the role's requirements
  • Generous company matched pension and share purchase programs
  • Opportunity to give back to communities in which we work, live and serve
  • Career growth and learning & development opportunitiestodevelop your skills
  • And much more …
