About the role
We’re looking for a strategic, hands-on design leader to join our team. In this role, you’ll support and grow a small team of talented product designers across our travel, core app, and design system experiences. You’ll operate as a player-coach—balancing leadership with hands-on design work to drive impact where it matters most.
You’ll guide your team in delivering high-quality, user-centered designs, while also contributing directly to key initiatives. You’ll help shape product strategy, champion design thinking, and collaborate closely with cross-functional partners to elevate the user experience.
You value a high bar for craft and hold your team to those standards. You’ll lead by example, ensuring your team’s work is grounded in data, research, and a deep understanding of user needs. You’ll bring structure to complexity, provide clarity in ambiguous spaces, and align design efforts with business goals.
If you’re a thoughtful manager/doer who thrives in ambiguity, thinks big, and delivers with precision—this is the role for you!
