Internal Job Title: Process Improvement Specialist | Work Hours: Monday - Friday, standard hours.

As a Process Improvement Specialist in our Plant Operations group, you will be tasked with identifying high priority process improvements and leading initiatives that will resolve them and improve product quality and reduce spoilage and waste while ensuring compliance with standards (ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001). This position acts as a service provider to Operations and will also be responsible for setting stretch goals and leading cross‑functional teams to address challenges and obstacles associated with the development of effective solutions that will drive production efficiency.
