Qualifications

• 0–2 years of full-time professional experience (recent graduates or early-career professionals).
• Must be available for full-time business hours (40+ hours/week).
• The 'Hunter' Mindset: Not afraid of the phone or rejection.

Responsibilities

• Identify and research 'off-market' acquisition targets.
• Lead our proprietary outreach strategy to business owners.
• Own the CRM and scrub leads for quality.
• Review incoming Confidential Information Memorandums and assist in evaluations.
