We are currently looking for a Project Coordinator who will play a pivotal role in interacting with our clients, account management, and internal production teams to provide project management and production support. You will ensure that flyer programs and other special projects meet deliverables while aligning with client objectives. Mostly remote, occasional visits on client site in Brampton.

Responsibilities

When your actions lead to success:

  • Responsible for coordinating all phases of production from concept to completion for weekly, monthly, and seasonal flyer production, in-store promotional materials, billing, etc.
  • Collaboratively work with internal teams to ensure they are fully briefed and have all necessary information to proceed with the project.
  • Timely review of the production status of projects in progress to ensure established deadlines are being met.
  • Provide regular updates to the leadership team on the status of active projects.
  • Identify any risk factors that could jeopardize meeting the project deadline.
  • Support internal teams with client follow-up on outstanding project assets and information.
  • Deliver client feedback to internal teams in a timely manner.
  • Track and organize all data used for billing.
  • Collaborate with the team in developing, documenting, and implementing standard operating procedures (SOPs).
Qualifications

  • Post-secondary diploma or degree in graphic design communication or related industry (or work experience equivalent)
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a related position
  • Intermediate skills in Microsoft Office and Adobe Acrobat
  • Strong analytical, organizational, interpersonal, presentation and communication skills
  • Strong problem-solving and multi-tasking skills, ability to perform under pressure
  • Knowledge of creative design, print production, digital design and graphic file formats
  • Experience in collaborating and working within a team environment as well as autonomously
  • Results and detail-oriented
  • Passionate about the retail industry and actively seeks new opportunities to learn
