We are seeking an experienced, adaptable, and consultative Principal Recruiter to oversee various searches across the company.
As the Principal Recruiter, Americas Foundation you will lead global hiring efforts for our Operations teams, focused on expanding coverage across different specialty tiers, languages and regions based on where critical business needs are. You will be a strategic partner to operational leaders, driving the full-cycle recruiting process, developing market intelligence, and shaping our talent pipeline that will deliver world-class support experiences.
As the ideal candidate for this position, you should have a track record of leading senior-level searches across various functions. Additionally, you should possess a deep understanding of the Customer Support (CS) and/or Operations functions and have extensive experience hiring at scale, globally and dealing with executive-level contacts. You will serve as a strategic talent advisor to our hiring teams, providing guidance and expertise. It is crucial that you have a thorough understanding of our target markets and are well-informed about the talent pool, interview best practices, assessment criteria, and competitive landscape. Effective communication and influencing skills, as well as sound professional judgment, are essential for success in this role. This is a fast-paced and ever-changing environment, so we are seeking someone who thrives in ambiguity, is adaptable, and has a solutions-oriented mindset. This position is US - Remote and Canada - Remote Eligible with a strong preference for talent based on the Eastern US/Canada Time Zone due to the global span covered by this role. The role may include occasional work at an Airbnb office or attendance at offsites, as agreed to with your manager. While the position is Remote Eligible, you must live in a state or province where Airbnb, Inc. has a registered entity.

Our job titles may span more than one career level. The actual base pay is dependent upon many factors, such as: training, transferable skills, work experience, business needs and market demands. The base pay range shown below is annualized, is subject to change and may be modified in the future. This role may also be eligible for bonus, equity, benefits, and Employee Travel Credits.
Canada Pay Range: $132,000 - $165,000 CAD
