Job description

As a member of interdisciplinary health care team, the registered nurse will support patients with full scope nursing primary care, and help them navigate the health care system.

MUST HAVE

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BScN) degree from a recognized university.
• Registered member of College of Nurses of Ontario (CNO) - in good standing and approved for autonomous practice.
• MINIMUM of three (3) years of practice experience as a primary care registered nurse.
• A current Vulnerable Sector Screening Program – Police Reference Check.

• 1.0 FTE (40 hours per week, with a daily 60-minute lunch period)
• Monday to Friday
• In office at 85 The East Mall, Toronto ON M8Z 5W4
