Job summary

Une société d'ingénierie mondiale recherche un ingénieur spécialisé pour concevoir et lancer des systèmes de transmission et de châssis. Le candidat idéal aura un baccalauréat en ingénierie mécanique avec 2 à 5 ans d'expérience dans l'automobile, en plus d'une connaissance approfondie des processus FMEA et CAE. Ce rôle implique la coordination avec des équipes diverses pour assurer la validation et les tests des composants.

Qualifications

  • 2 à 5 ans d'expérience dans le secteur automobile.
  • Expérience dans la conception et la libération de systèmes de transmission.
  • Compétent dans les processus FMEA, CAE et DVP&R.

Responsibilities

  • Concevoir, développer et lancer des supports de transmission et de différentiel.
  • Coordonner la validation et les tests avec des équipes transversales.
  • Gérer les processus de changement et le suivi des problèmes.

Job Description
Description du poste
  • Design, develop, and release powertrain, differential, EDM, and cradle mounts from concept to vehicle launch

  • Coordinate validation and testing with cross-functional teams (NVH, Dynamics, Vehicle Integration, Stress Lab, CAE)

  • Lead component design using FMEA and CAE tools

  • Ensure vehicle packaging compliance and drawing/model integrity

  • Manage change processes (CN, EBOM/CODEP) and issue tracking (GIMs)

  • Oversee component validation (DVP&R)

  • Support builds at OEM assembly and supplier plants

  • Design fastened joints and develop torque specifications

Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Automotive Engineering, or a related field with 2 to 5 years of experience in automotive.
  • Experience in powertrain and chassis system design/release

  • Proficient in FMEA, CAE, and DVP&R processes

  • Knowledge of vehicle packaging and drawing best practices

  • Familiarity with change management systems (CN, EBOM/CODEP)

  • Skilled in issue tracking with GIMs

  • Experience with fastener joint design and torque specification development

  • Ability to coordinate with cross-functional teams for validation/testing

  • Build support experience at OEM and supplier facilities
