A leading producer in the industrial sector is looking for a Power & Recovery Superintendent in Port Mellon, BC. In this role, you will oversee the operations of the Power Area, ensure safety compliance, and lead a team to improve operational efficiency. The ideal candidate has a minimum of 5 years in operational roles and a 2nd Class Power Engineering Certificate. Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of operational experience in co-generation power plant and utility systems.
• Supervisory experience in a unionized environment is an asset.

Responsibilities

• Direct the efficient operation of the Power Area including Power Boiler and its auxiliary systems.
• Support supervisors with a plan for the day, assisting crew operators and troubleshooting.
• Conduct RCFA investigations and maintain liaison with departments.
