Position Summary

As a Power BI Developer, you will be instrumental in developing, implementing, and maintaining robust and scalable business intelligence solutions. You will be responsible for the full lifecycle of Power BI dashboards and reports, from data extraction and transformation to visualization and deployment. You will collaborate closely with stakeholders, data engineers, and business analysts to translate complex data into actionable insights that empower our business units to make informed decisions.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and Development : Create and maintain dynamic and interactive Power BI dashboards, reports, and data models that meet business requirements.
• Data Modeling and Transformation : Develop efficient data models using DAX (Data Analysis Expressions) to build complex calculations and solve advanced business problems.
• ETL Processes : Utilize Power Query to extract, transform, and load data from various sources (e.g., SQL databases, Excel, SharePoint, APIs) into Power BI.
• Performance Optimization : Optimize Power BI reports and dashboards for performance and scalability, including troubleshooting and resolving performance issues.
• Collaboration : Work closely with business stakeholders to gather requirements, provide insights, and ensure reports align with business goals.
• Governance and Security : Implement and manage security roles (Row-Level Security) and workspace governance within the Power BI Service.
