What We Are Looking For

We require energetic, motivated and career-minded Plumbers to be responsible for performing onsite installation and maintenance in residential homes.

  • Apprentice Level 3 or greater.
  • Experience with residential plumbing service calls, water treatment, troubleshooting and water heaters (tanks, tankless, and boilers). Hydronic / boiler experience is an asset.
  • Drainage experience is an asset
  • Proven experience in diagnosing and servicing residential units.
  • A thorough understanding of provincial plumbing code and standards
  • Strong customer service skills and good communication skills
  • An accountable and responsible personality, delivering high customer satisfaction with a positive, can-do attitude
  • A valid driver’s license with a suitable driving abstract
  • Clear criminal background check
  • Be safety conscious and come with a willingness to learn
What Will You Do

We want our Plumbers to become masters of their trade and always give customers the red carpet treatment advising them on potential services or treatments that work for them.

  • Complete general and specific plumbing inspections
  • Promote Right Time products and services on every call
  • Must never sell the customer a repair they do not need
  • Maintain communication with dispatch, your manager, parts and installation teams
  • Maintain a clean, fully stocked vehicle
  • Maintain a clean and professional appearance
  • Participate in training allowing you to grow and develop as a professional
  • An accountable and responsible personality, focused on delivering the best customer experience with a positive, driven attitude
  • Ability to work efficiently and effectively independently and in a team environment, completing installation, maintenance work and commissioning of plumbing elements in compliance with safety regulations, policies and procedures
  • Provide a five-star experience on every call or make it right before leaving the customer’s home
  • Feel comfortable requesting online reviews from customers
  • Contribute to our high standards of health and safety
  • Mentor apprentices to help them become well-rounded plumbers
