The Senior Planner is responsible for the delivery of project planning and progress measurement, ensuring that Hatch procedures and best practices are applied as appropriate and recommending changes to the Project Controls Manager where required. The Project Lead Planner is responsible for developing and maintaining the project master schedule to meet the project objectives. Managing the planning resources allocated to the project by leading and directing Planners/Schedulers and subordinates so that they are motivated and have access to the required resources in order to meet the work objectives set for them. Manage and mentor the planning/scheduling team to ensure that staff understands what is expected of them and has the necessary skills to execute the requirements. Identify training and development requirements for staff and ensure skills development takes place.
Compensation: $120,000 - $180,000
