Overview

We are looking for an experienced pizza cook including pizza prep and dough making. The pizza cook should know how to cook pasta and make sandwiches, etc.

Must have a minimum 3-4 years of experience, be fluent in English, and flexible to work both weekdays and weekends in a super fast-paced environment while offering top-quality pizza and pastas.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare pizza dough, sauces, and toppings in accordance with company recipes and standards.
• Stretch, roll, and shape dough by hand.
• Assemble pizzas with the perfect balance of ingredients.
• Monitor the pizza oven for temperature control and bake pizzas to perfection.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and pizza prep areas.
• Ensure all ingredients and food supplies are stored properly and fresh.
• Adhere to all health and safety guidelines in food preparation and handling.
• Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure orders are completed efficiently and accurately.
• Pay based on experience.
