A health care organization in Manitoba is seeking a Physician for their Trans Health program. This role involves providing client-centred care and collaborating with a professional team. Qualified candidates must be graduates of a recognized medical school and registered in Manitoba, with excellent communication skills and a commitment to diversity. HOURS OF WORK: Days (currently every other Monday)
ON CALL: Coverage for Primary Care and Trans Health 1 week/year

POSITION SUMMARY:
Physicians providing services in the Trans Health program provide client-centred care to Klinic clients. Physicians uphold Klinic’s vision, mission and values and collaborate with inter-professional teams to provide non- judgmental, excellent client care. Physicians will bring with them a deep commitment to an anti-oppressive approach to care and be open to learn from their clients on the clients’ journey. Physicians will practice with humility and understand their own social position in comparison to their clients.
