Neighbourly Pharmacy is looking for a Full-Time Pharmacy Manager to join our team at Hometown Healthcare in Upper Letang, New Brunswick.

Patient Focused Care Responsibilities
  • Lead, coach, and motivate the pharmacy team to deliver high-quality patient care.
  • Oversee all pharmacy operations, ensuring regulatory compliance, dispensing, inventory, compounding, clinical care and patient counseling.
  • Liaise with other healthcare professionals to provide the best possible patient care.
  • Maintain effective communication, scheduling, team direction and implement new/updated policies and procedures.
  • Perform staff performance reviews and support with recruitment, training and development.
  • Promote a positive work environment and ensure labor policies are upheld.
  • Collaborate with the Front Store team to enhance patient care and service offerings.
  • Actively seeks out new and innovative ways to improve processes.
  • Manage P&L statements and achieve key operational targets (including but not limited to Labor, Inventory, Expense control)
Qualifications
  • Licensed and in good standing with the New Brunswick College of Pharmacist
