We are looking for a Personal Insurance Advisor to join BrokerLink at our Sault Ste. Marie, ON Branch on a Permanent (FT) basis.

Role Responsibilities:

• Serve ongoing client needs, advise on insurance, conduct needs assessments, recommend solutions, answer inquiries, make care calls, and process renewals
• Sell new policies and retain existing clients
• Coordinate with Underwriters and Adjusters regarding policies
• Prepare documentation, complete applications, issue certificates, process changes, and review renewals
• Stay updated on underwriting rules and workflows
• Participate in training initiatives
• Engage in community marketing activities

Candidate Requirements:

• High School diploma or Post-Secondary education
• Previous insurance experience preferred but not required
• RIBO license preferred
• Epic system exposure is an asset
• Strong customer focus
• Ability to manage multiple priorities
• Strong analytical and organizational skills
• Excellent communication skills
