Reporting to the Senior Manager of Performance Marketing the Performance Marketing Manager is primarily responsible for leading performance media planning and execution for EQ Bank (personal banking and small business banking) and Equitable Bank reverse mortgage line of business to drive leads and product acquisition from our performance channels.
The position requires a team player self-starter and passionate marketer that makes sound data-driven decisions to drive customer consideration and acquisition. They must have a strong knowledge of performance channels including Google Ads and Microsoft Ads as well as social ads. A successful candidate must be curious fearless relentless and solution-oriented. They are curious about new campaigns channels betas and are constantly thinking of ways to drive consideration and demand for the products. They must also be comfortable working in an agile performance-driven environment and are able to multi-task and shift priorities when needed.
The incumbent will be working hybrid and in office time will be spent working from Equitable Banks additional office space located at 2200-25 Ontario Street Toronto ON.
