As a leader of the Labour & Workforce Planning department, you will be part of the team responsible for planning and scheduling talent to match business needs and to support an incredible employee and client experience. As the Manager, Workforce Planning, you will play a pivotal role in optimizing employee schedules for Stores and Concierge centres at the district and regional levels to support the success and growth of our Retail business while minimizing labour wastage. The typical hiring range for this position is $100,000–$130,000 CAD per year. The final agreed upon salary may vary based on factors such as job-related knowledge, skills and experience.
