Overview

Freight North Group of Companies is looking for a hardworking, reliable individual to join our Edmonton team in a combined role that includes:

• Parts Runner
• Wash Bay Attendant
• Labourer / Yard Support
• Skid Steer Operator (for unloading skids and materials)

This is a hands-on, fast-paced position perfect for someone who enjoys variety, takes initiative, and thrives in a team-driven environment. You'll also support our Parts Technician in day-to-day shop operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Pick up and deliver parts and materials as needed
• Assist in managing incoming and outgoing parts deliveries
• Unload skids and materials using a skid steer
• Wash and maintain company trucks and equipment
• Assist mechanics and shop team with general labour tasks
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the yard and shop
• Support parts inventory management and restocking

Requirements

• Valid driver’s license (clean abstract preferred)
• Experience operating a skid steer is required
• Able to lift 50+ lbs and work in outdoor conditions
• Strong work ethic and attention to detail
• Team player with a positive attitude
• Willingness to learn and take on a variety of tasks
• Basic computer skills are an asset

Hours of Work

• Monday to Friday | 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
• Some overtime may be required as approved by management
• Flexibility with hours available for the right candidate
