Qualifications

  • Truck industry experience preferred.
  • Ability to work both day and evening shift considered an asset.

Qualifications
  • Possess excellent customer service skills
  • High attention to detail
  • Knowledge of MS Office suite, ADP/CDK or other shop software considered an asset
  • Truck industry experience preferred.
  • Bilingualism would be an asset

Responsibilities
  • Greet customers via drop-ins or phone
  • Provide timely responses to customer inquiries
  • Obtain purchase orders, provide estimates and seek/provide parts ETA
  • Sale cash transactions
  • Charge Parts to RO accurately and with complete information
  • Update RO with accurate parts ETA
  • Alert Service when parts arrive
  • Maintain records of orders and the amount, typeand location of parts and supplies on hand using manual or computerized inventory system
  • Seekalternate sources for out-of-stock items
  • Inventory management
  • Participate in annual or cyclical inventory counts
  • Contribute and participate in all 5S initiatives
