Job description
Overview

Regular part-time employees wishing to claim additional term or auxiliary hours in the same instructional program area (Appendix C) are required to respond to this posting no later than the closing date, specifying which campuses are of interest. The Human Resources Department will promptly provide Deans, Directors, Regional Campus Principals and the Union Chairperson with a list of all applicants as per BCGEU Article 12.1 (c) (2).

Note: For this posting only, you do not need to submit a full resume/application; you can submit a simple statement in a cover letter indicating the following two items:

  • your interest in applying for additional hours in your instructional program area (Appendix C), and
  • which campus(es) is/are of interest to you.
Responsibilities

Candidates must demonstrate commitment to teaching, learning, and student success. Successful candidates will participate in activities outside the classroom including student support and department committees.
