Job description

Work arrangement: (Hybrid) 2 days in office – Tuesdays and Wednesdays

Contract Duration: 6 months

Possibility of extension & conversion to FTE? – Yes / possible

Schedule Hours: 9am-5pm Monday-Friday – No overtime

Story Behind the Need

The Privilege Access Management (PAM) team within the Global Identity and Access Management group is responsible for identifying and controlling access to privileged accounts across the Bank. The mandate is to ensure elevated privileges are controlled, managed and audited in accordance with the Bank’s Logical Access Management Standard.

The Information Security Advisory - PAM works in collaboration with the GTS teams and other stakeholders to define the scope of the project. Furthermore, the responsible candidate will drive and outline the guidelines related to project (ie. drafting guidelines of the management of highly privileged domain accounts, providing support and guidelines on clean-up efforts for all production in-scope domains). The successful candidate will provide PAM Advisory services to infrastructure administrators, developers, and technology partners.

This is purely a PAM Administration task.
Candidate Requirements / Must Have Skills
  1. 9 years of technical experience in information technology or information security.
  2. 5 years of experience in the administration of Privileged Access Management tools like CyberArk, Delinea, and BeyondTrust is required.
  3. Hands‑on experience in access management on technologies like Active Directory, Windows, *NIX, and Databases.
  4. Perform tasks such as onboarding of privileged accounts, adding/removing user access and creating/delete Role/Safe in the PAM Tool and provide support in resolving issues relating to access or account credentials.
  5. Provide PAM Advisory services to infrastructure administrators, developers, and technology partners.
Nice‑To‑Have Skills
  • Possess proven experience working with a large enterprise distributed computing environment.
  • Experience analyzing data using Excel is required.
  • CyberArk Defender/Sentry certifications.
Soft Skills
  • Self-starter that actively engages issues seeking resolution, ability to meet dynamic changes on prioritization.
  • Strong problem‑solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Advanced communication (verbal/written/presentation) skills in English.
Degrees or Certifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).

  1. 1st round – hiring manager and a senior manager – 60 min -MS Teams video call – previous experience and technical questions.
  2. 2nd Director – 30 mins – Video call – cultural fit and technical skills assessment.
