Overview

As a Package Handler Trainer at FedEx in London, ON, you will play a key role in training team members to safely and efficiently manage packages. You’ll be actively involved in loading, unloading, palletizing, and scanning, ensuring smooth operations and safety compliance across the dock.

Responsibilities

• Train new and existing Package Handlers on core functions like package scanning, safe lifting, palletizing, and non-conveyable handling, to maintain operational efficiency and workplace safety.
• Lead by example and demonstrate best practices across the dock and package line.
• Support daily physical operations, including lifting and sorting packages, monitor safety, and update supervisors about shift conditions.
